Q. Who are Chique Fashion?

Chique Fashion is a rapidly expanding brand, with designer clothing for the savvy customer who knows exactly what she wants. With many of our designs specially selected and worn by celebrities, we create a niche for customers wanting something different and original. We hope to inspire customers that are eager to try something different that will set them apart from the high street at a fraction of the designer price tag. Q.  What is the best way of keeping in touch with Chique?

Payment

Q.  How can I pay for items?

Chique accept most major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and AMEX. You can also pay using paypal or by sending us a cheque (once the cheque has cleared we will dispatch your item)

At the moment you can only pay in pound sterling but in the near future we hope to be able to accept more currencies.

Q. Is it safe to pay online?

It is generally safe to pay for services and products online. The Chique system ensures that payment details are encrypted and are kept as secure as possible. Often credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and you will be required to provide a password for extra security after you have entered your payment details. For further information about specific internet security associated with your card contact your own bank/ building society.

Q. Is my information secure?

Chique Clothes is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will be kept safely and only be used in accordance with the following privacy statement.

If an order is placed we need to hold the following information;
Name
Contact information including email address
Delivery address and postcode
Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
In addition we may use the information to improve our products and services.
We may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
We may have to provide our courier for a delivery contact number
We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests.

By signing up to our e-mail newsletter you have agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes. You may change your mind at any time but you will need to email us at sales@chiqueclothes.co.uk .

Q: How long before payment is taken?


Normally once card payments have been authorised payment will be taken instantly. Cheques must clear before items are dispatched. Once payment has been received, we will send you an email confirmation and dispatch your item(s).

 If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Delivery/ Returns Policy

Q: How will my items be despatched and how much will delivery cost?

Our Products are dispatched through our nominated courier, who will need a valid signature to confirm items have been received. If the delivery is not made for any reason, the goods will be held at the local courier depot and delivery will be rescheduled for the following day (Excluding Sat / Sun). We deliver to mainland UK & Isle of Wight.

You can select the following delivery options:

Standard delivery (2-3 working days): £3.95

UK next day delivery : £5.00 (Monday - Friday, except bank holidays)

Orders must be placed before 3 pm to ensure next day delivery.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

From time to time, Chique Fashion runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to our newsletter located on our homepage. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.

Q: To make an order, do I have to create an account?

No, you can proceed directly to the checkout but by creating an account at Chique Fashion you will be able to shop faster, be kept updated on the status of your order, and can easily keep track of any previous orders. Additionally if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase to receive a refund or exchange you will need to have created an account.

Q: Once I have selected a product, how do I place an order?

Simply browse through our shoes, accessories and clothing. Once you have chosen an item to purchase select what size and quantity you require using the drop down menu, then click on the ADD TO BAG link. This will redirect you to your shopping bag, where you can click on the CONTINUE SHOPPING link to keep browsing and add to your bag or click on CHECKOUT to purchase your item(s). To remove items check the box entitled ‘remove’ next to the item you wish to remove and click UPDATE BAG. Once at the checkout you can sign in using previous account details, create an account or proceed straight to checkout. After this you will be required to provide us with contact and payment details. If you have previously created an account with us, these will be on record.

Q: Once I have placed my order can I cancel it?

Q: Can I return or exchange purchases?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply return any unwanted goods to us in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of receipt for full refund or exchange. However if you would like a refund, delivery charges cannot be refunded.

Log your return on your account stating whether you would like an exchange or return and we will refund/exchange you upon receipt of your return. If you have not created an account, we will not have stored your details and cannot offer you an exchange/refund.
